add test requirement on the minimal Config::MVP needed to handle an edge case that we test our handling of
new EXPERIMENTAL -default config option, instructing CPAN clients to install the features when running non-interactively

Specify prerequisites for optional features in your dist

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature
