now allowing unrecognized options, with a warning, rather than dying (allows proactively releasing distributions using not-yet-implemented options)

Specify prerequisites for optional features in your distribution

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OptionalFeature
