Changes for version 0.12 - 2018-04-20

add rules files for 'prove' and Test::Harness to specify that tests need to be run serially for now
support spaces (and other special characters too) in share files (PR #2; thanks, Shoichi Kaji!)

Install shared files

To install File::ShareDir::Install, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::ShareDir::Install

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::ShareDir::Install
