skip Moose-related tests for normal installs, to get out of circularity hell if Moose is installed but broken and needing an upgrade

Check for uncleaned imports

To install Test::CleanNamespaces, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::CleanNamespaces

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::CleanNamespaces
