bump Test::More prereq for (fully) working subtests
properly detect the xt/ caller condition when running kwalitee_ok directly (RT#120824)

list details of all kwalitee metrics installed on the system

Test the Kwalitee of a distribution before you release it

To install Test::Kwalitee, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Kwalitee

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Kwalitee
