prereqs lowered from required to suggested:
- CPAN::Meta::Check
- CPAN::Meta::Requirements
tests are now quieter to avoid causing confusion, by suppressing the printing of stderr in tests

Test for warnings and the lack of them

To install Test::Warnings, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Warnings

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Warnings
