Changes for version 0.21 - 2014-11-04

drop testing of MooseX::MarkAsMethods, now that Moose 2.1400 has better overload handling
remove special-casing of overload checking if Moose is new enough

Keep imports out of your namespace

To install namespace::autoclean, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm namespace::autoclean

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install namespace::autoclean
