Changes for version 2.23 - 2019-03-17

allow subroutines in the PGPLOT graphics library to be called from Perl.

To install PGPLOT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PGPLOT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PGPLOT
