Get_from(), juggle_list(), etc Hopefully the only release to rely on Getopt::Long

Integrated option hash / help messages.

To install Getopt::Helpful, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::Helpful

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::Helpful
