Support the skip_encoding option in the list and edit calls. Thanks to Brent Garber for reporting this problem.

Provides a Perl interface to the MediaWiki API (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API)

To install MediaWiki::API, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MediaWiki::API

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MediaWiki::API
