packaging fix since Module::Install doesn't support require(RT => '3.6.3'); as well as it could doc updates

Many new features, primary among them, we now support importing groups from LDAP and managing group memberships

Import Users from an LDAP store

To install RT::Extension::LDAPImport, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RT::Extension::LDAPImport

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RT::Extension::LDAPImport
