many fixes in ncop,nreduce,nop,sln
added nsqueeze - updating (removing) dims when squeezing
added active_slice - returns selected (as in call to idx) slice, ignores list of dims

work on named dimensions and meaningful ranges

To install PDL::Dims, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PDL::Dims

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PDL::Dims
