Changes for version 0.04

Carp on 5.6.1 doesn't export longmess, so we have to use a fully qualified call to Carp::longmess()

Make sure you didn't emit any warnings while testing

in lib/Test/NoWarnings/Warning.pm

To install Test::NoWarnings, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::NoWarnings

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::NoWarnings
