Changes for version 0.07

Fix a number of memory leaks. (This necessitated some significant changes underneath.)
Fix spurious unhandled-rejection warnings. These now happen at DESTROY time rather than right away. (I consider this too subtle of a change to be “breaking”.)
Add more tests.

ES6-style promises in Perl

To install Promise::ES6, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Promise::ES6

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Promise::ES6
