Carp-Indeed-0.09

Changes for version 0.09

the distribution was ressurected for some reasons:
- using 'abstract' in Makefile.PL and META.yml does not show right in search.cpan
- Carp/Indeed.pm moves from Carp-Always back to where it belongs and now can rest in peace
- Carp/Indeed.pm takes back its own version ("use Carp::Always; $VERSION = Carp::Always::VERSION" may work right from my machine, but not from CPAN)
silly tests are back

DEPRECATE Warns and dies noisily with stack backtraces

To install Carp::Indeed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Carp::Indeed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Carp::Indeed
