Changes for version 0.02

borrowed the rewritten basic test from Term-Size-Perl (Jul 1 2007)
applied an ugly cheat to test just like Term::ReadKey actually does (set COLUMNS and LINES environment variables)

Retrieving terminal size (via Term::ReadKey)

To install Term::Size::ReadKey, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Term::Size::ReadKey

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Term::Size::ReadKey
