Changes for version 0.02 - 2026-08-07
- Let administrators set or clear away mode for other users, from Admin -> Users -> (select a user) -> Settings -> Away Mode. Requires the AdminUsers right and writes the same preference the self-service page does.
- Don't hand off a ticket when the away owner is the one replying: if they answer a ticket they own, they're evidently still working on it.
- Fix away dates being stored one day early for users in timezones east of UTC. Dates were parsed in the user's timezone but rendered back to ISO in UTC.
