Changes for version 1.19 - 2009-06-29

Update Module::Install to a version that doesn't screw up auto_install anymore (Closes: RT#45784).
Generate Makefile.PLs with unix-paths, even on windows (Closes: RT#46059).

Uses File::ChangeNotify to check for changed files and restart the server

Forks and restarts the child process

Uses Proc::Background to manage process restarts

Module::Install extension for Catalyst

in lib/Module/Install/Catalyst.pm

To install Catalyst::Devel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Devel

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Devel
