  • Update README.
  • Add a Makefile target for README generation.
  • Don't use Gtk2;
  • Some reformatting.
  • Update copyright notices.
  • Update license to LGPL 2.1.

  • Specify the required perl version in META.yml.
  • Add provides to META.yml.
  • Specify license in Makefile.PL.
  • Ignore *.old for MANIFEST generation.
  • Ignore all dotfiles, not just .git for MANIFEST generation.
  • Specify prototyping behaviour in the xs files.
  • Switch to Module::Install.
