Changes for version 4.01

Suggest Catalyst::Plugin::Session::Store::File instead of Catalyst::Plugin::Session::Store::BerkeleyDB as that's much easier to install on many systems.

All you need to start with Catalyst

To install Task::Catalyst, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Task::Catalyst

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Task::Catalyst
