Changes for version 0.04

Fix off-by-one error while checking the result of the `stat` function. We were looking for the inode information at the wrong index.

Adds automatically an ETag header.

To install Plack::Middleware::ETag, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Plack::Middleware::ETag

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Plack::Middleware::ETag
