Stop messing with CCFLAGS. Fixed builds with non-MULTIPLICITY 5.20.2 perl; `-lpthread` added to libs

XS extension module for Media HTTP File Server, for server side media encoding.

To install MHFS::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MHFS::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MHFS::XS
