BUG FIXES:
- fixed (other) test failures in 5.8
- pod fix in DDP.pm (nuno carvalho)
NEW HIGHLY EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE:
- extra options for external filters. Right now the only available one is 'show_repeated', to let filters override Data::Printer's behaviour of not showing duplicate variables.
