ENV-Util-0.03

Changes for version 0.03 - 2023-08-11

NEW FEATURES:
- tcsh/csh support for 'env' and 'setenv' keywords.
- variable interpolation support.
OTHER:
- document .env file format

parse prefixed environment variables and dotnev (.env) files into Perl

To install ENV::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ENV::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ENV::Util
