Third version, updating core code compatible with Win and Linux. Adding ability of retrieving information from ntpdc daemon (NTP package).

Perl Module SNTP Server based on RFC4330

To install Net::SNTP::Server, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::SNTP::Server

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SNTP::Server
