Changes for version 0.00_4

Lifted the "line_is_open" and "move_is_legal" functions of the Chess module and modified them, ever so slightly, for coverage analysis.

Began the de-crustification, simplification, cleanup, rewrite of the old Games::Chess::Coverage packages.

Expose chess ply potential energy

To install Chess::Coverage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Chess::Coverage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chess::Coverage
