Changes for version 0.09

Fixed documentation.
Replaced the seemingly broken Date::Calc::Date_to_Time() function with Time::Local. (See the XXX comment preceding the greg_to_bahai() function.)

Compute the numeric and named Baha'i date.

To install Date::Baha::i, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::Baha::i

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::Baha::i
