Changes for version 0.06

Implemented file locking for the "from directory" source files.
Added skip blocks for people (like certain cpantesters) who do not have the tar or gzip files.
Updated POD accordingly.
Indented _debug() calls.

To install File::Backup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Backup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Backup
