Changes for version 0.02

Fixed every part of the documentation.
Reset the default values to the one's from Frank on Nova video that I finally watched.
Cleaned up the test case file a bit.

Estimate the number of interstellar communicating civilizations

To install SETI::Drake, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SETI::Drake

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SETI::Drake
