Changes for version 0.322 - 2026-09-15
- SimpiCI provider: a distribution can now ship a `.simpici-apt` file listing apt packages that every generated `dzil test` job installs before building its Perl dependencies -- so a dist needing system libraries (e.g. a libgit2- backed dist that builds Alien::Libgit2 from source) tests on SimpiCI without a hand-written .cicd job. The file is optional; pure-perl dists are unaffected.
- Add a SimpiCI provider (simpici-provider/): a pinned OCI image that generates a `dzil test` job for every supported Perl version, so a distribution can run its tests on SimpiCI with only a workflow and no committed .cicd. Published to ghcr.io/getty/simpici-dzil-provider and defaulting to Perl 5.22 through 5.44.
- bundle_config now uses a classic dereference instead of the postfix `->@*` form, so the bundle loads on Perl 5.22 (the previous syntax needed 5.24+).
