SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

HTTP Body UrlEncoded Parser for application/x-www-form-urlencoded bodies.

METHODS

Waits until the whole body has arrived, then splits it into fields on & and ;, decodes + and percent escapes in names and values, and stores each field with "param" in HTTP::Body. A field without = is dropped. Croaks when the body has more than $HTTP::Body::UrlEncoded::max_params fields (see "Limits" in HTTP::Body).
