Added support for XML &variable; syntax.
Fix context regexp to be case-insensitive.
Renamed from XML::Template, which is a misnomer. The module doesn't use XML.

Perl text template instantiation

To install Text::TagTemplate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::TagTemplate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::TagTemplate
