The maintainer of this distribution has indicated that it is deprecated and no longer suitable for use.

Changes
- Deprecate the distribution, because JIRA's SOAP API is already deprecated and won't be available in future JIRA 8.0. Prospect users are invited to try the JIRA::REST module instead.
