new: made computeLengths() and computeChecksums() generic for all protocols
new: $NoComputeLengths and $NoComputeChecksums global variables to disable respective computations
WARNING: this new computation scheme does not apply to: IPv{4|6}, ICMPv{4|6}, TCP, UDP => Because the old computation scheme stills apply.

To install Net::Frame::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Frame::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Frame::Simple
