Changes for version 0.08 - 2012-02-01

Added support for Perls < 5.8.9 by explicitly requesting ppport to provide the my_strlcpy function.

Perl interface to the posix_spawn function

To install POSIX::RT::Spawn, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POSIX::RT::Spawn

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POSIX::RT::Spawn
