Added subs: deep_utf8_decode deep_utf8_encode and deep_str_process (experimental)

Perl extension for coding and decoding strings in arrays and hashes ( reqursive )

To install Deep::Encode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Deep::Encode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Deep::Encode
