Changes for version 0.06 - 2010-01-13

Fix bug in tap2junit which would cause multiple TAP streams to have the *same* name in their output JUnit XML. Introduced in 0.04.

cpanm TAP::Formatter::JUnit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
