Attean::API::QuadSerializer - Role for serializers of Attean::API::Quad objects

The Attean::API::QuadSerializer role defines serializers of Attean::API::Quad objects.

handled_type: Returns a Type::Tiny object for objects which consume the Attean::API::Quad role.
