Changes for version 0.002 - 2017-08-03

Major: Correcting the the way required/optional work.
Minor: Adding a way for subroutine validators to shortcircuit validation, which just so happens to be the thing setting optional needed to do.

A tiny form validator

To install FormValidator::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FormValidator::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FormValidator::Tiny
