POE-Declarative-0.002

Changes for version 0.002 - 2007-10-05

Switched from using inline_states to package_states or object_states depending on whether a package or object is passed to setup().
Added t/object-states.t to test object states.

cpanm POE::Declarative

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Declarative
