- Initial release.
- Add transport-, framework-, and event-loop-agnostic HTTP authentication.

- Isolate Digest state by HTTP protection space so unrelated origins do not share nonce counts or cnonces.
- Preserve unknown authentication schemes for caller introspection.
- Represent malformed remote challenges as data rather than exceptions.
- Add complete public API POD, release documentation, distribution packaging, and CI/disttest coverage for Perl 5.16 and current Perl.
