Changes for version 0.007 - 2015-01-15

Forgot to exclude utf8_check test when run on Windows/OS2/DOS
Now decoding arguments to processors, also not decoding unavailable vars in pre-/postprocessors

Fully UTF-8 aware File::Find

To install File::Find::utf8, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Find::utf8

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Find::utf8
