Changes for version 1.02

fixed Makefile.PL to require Ham::APRS::FAP 1.16, as this is what we really need to get the 'format' key right

APRS device identifier

To install Ham::APRS::DeviceID, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Ham::APRS::DeviceID

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Ham::APRS::DeviceID
