Expand '~' in torrent log filename, and convert it to an absolute path in case the process will chdir().

A PoCo-IRC plugin which prints RTorrent status messages to IRC

To install POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::RTorrentStatus, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::RTorrentStatus

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::IRC::Plugin::RTorrentStatus
