Make it so that register/unregister without arguments are equivalent to passing 'all' as an argument.

A POE component base class which implements the Observer pattern

To install POE::Component::Syndicator, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::Syndicator

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::Syndicator
