Changes for version 0.12 - 2002-04-02

  • patch for permissions bug, db files are created 0644, so should access in read-only mode.
  • also remove INIT block as un-necessary
  • add db.pl to create Berkeley DB files on the user's system (portably)

    • integrate db.pl into Makefile.PL
    • correct problems with db not existing - mkdir('db');
    • correct reference to 'csv', should be 'CSV' in Makefile.PL
    • remember that 'NIXen care about tabs
    • add dependancy list to Makefile.PL
    • add actual test to test.pl
