dlog( log )

show debug log.

$TRD::DebugLog::enabled
    = 1 : enable debug log
    = 0 : disable debug log
$TRD::DebugLog::timestamp
    = 1 : show timestamp enable
    = 0 : show timestamp disable
$TRD::DebugLog::file
    debug log append to file
