Changes for version 0.003 - 2011-09-16

MCCS now doesn't read/write ETag files for resources with the no-store cache control option.

Minify, Compress, Cache-control and Serve static files from Plack applications

To install Plack::App::MCCS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Plack::App::MCCS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Plack::App::MCCS
