Changes for version 2.02
- Test suite tests 5,19 fail on ARM. Make the output of test easier-to-debug. Since we use newer pppport, remove the (now unneeded) compatibility hack introduced in 2.01. Add an intermediate cast to (void*) to quiet the warning about a change of alignment (on ARM): cast from 'char *' to 'int *' increases required alignment from 1 to 4 [-Wcast-align] Quiet warnings (on ARM) in wavestat.[hc].
