Add an object for CPAN getter. Path for .inf file corrected. plINSTAL.zip autocreated.

Perl extension for generation of daughter packages for IBM's Software Installer.

To install OS2::SoftInstaller, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OS2::SoftInstaller

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OS2::SoftInstaller
